Leadership Scholarships
Leadership Scholarships awarded by The Quaker Foundation apply to students who have exhibited exceptional leadership qualities and are awarded at our annual Recognition Banquet held each May.
How to Apply for a Leadership Scholarship
Applications may be picked up in the high school guidance office in late January of each year. Or, you can download the application packet now. Completed applications are typically due and must be turned in to Mrs. Jill Westbrook by the end of February.

- Donna Stephenson Berndt Memorial Leadership Scholarship (must attend Ohio State University)
- Zachary Frantz Memorial Leadership Scholarship
- Max T. Miller & Family Leadership Scholarship
- Dave Korns Memorial Leadership Scholarship (any varsity sports program)
- Jerry Johnson Memorial Leadership Scholarships
